Freight costs are calculated in two ways:
Small items – Flat-rate satchel shipping for items that fit into small packages.

As a small business, we aim to subsidise shipping where possible, but margins don't always allow it. We charge what we're charged by carriers, often less. This is why your freight charge updates as you add products to your cart, reflecting the most accurate cost for your specific order.
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return from the dispatch date (excluding clearance and final sale items).
To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
The restocking fee does not apply to faulty or incorrect items under Australian Consumer Law.
This product comes with 5-year warranty.
